BEST PRACTICE EXAMPLE

Every year for more than 56 years in a row the Association stages the largest professional or guild event in Slovenia – Catering and Tourism Convention – GTZ. The event attracts hundreds of exhibitors and competitors. The event goes on for three days and the venue changes so that exhibitors and visitors get a chance to be in different Slovenian tourist resort (e.g., Bled, Terme Olimia, Kranjska Gora, Portorož, Moravske Toplice, Maribor…). The convention is very popular and it attracts more than 5,000 visitors every year and offers a prime business opportunity for exhibitors from other countries eager to present themselves in the Slovenian market for catering equipment and services.
